LA DESCRIZIONE ITALIANA DELLA CASA 'LE STELLE' SEGUIRÀ TRA POCO
Seit Pfingsten 2010 bieten wir Ihnen ein neues Kleinod in der Reihe unseres Feriendomizilangebots. Die Residence 'La Madonnina' ist ein großes Haus im grünen mit drei komfortablen Ferienapartments. Zwei dieser Apartments haben zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer mit moderner offener Küche. Das dritte Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls mit offener Küche.
Apartment #3 "Le Stelle" (1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad) liegt im Hochparterre. Das geräumige, helle Wohnzimmer hat mehrere Fenster nach Süden und nach Osten. Auch hier ist die moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und Backofen in das Wohnzimmer integriert. Das Schlafzimmer mit anschließendem Bad liegt im hinteren Teil des Hauses. Le Stelle hat Zugang zu einer eigenen Dachterrasse mit Essplatz und Sonnenliegen. Auch von hier sieht man das Ionische Meer.
Den wunderschönen Sandstrand vor der Residence La Madonnina erreichen Sie zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten. Das riesige Grundstück der "Madonnina" liegt total ruhig in grüner Umgebung.

I prezzi indicati si intendono a notte per 2 persone. Per ogni altra persona supplementare a partire dai 3 anni di età si calcolano 10 euro extra per notte; per i bambini di età inferiore ai 3 anni si calcolano 5 euro extra per notte.
Per la pulizia finale e la biancheria si richiede un supplemento forfettario di 70 euro.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di tutto: gas, corrente elettrica, acqua, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, lenzuola, asciugamani, biancheria da bagno e teli da spiaggia, biciclette, tennis da tavolo, …
Animali domestici di piccola taglia sono ammessi soltanto in bassa stagione e previo un aumento dell’importo delle pulizie finali.
