Holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms near the Ionian sea

We are excited to be able to offer you a new object:  the Casa Serena.  This house lies at the edge of our quiet vacation house settlement Monaco Mirante in a rural environment between gardens and dunes - close to the Tenuta Pulieri also offered here; only 300 steps separate you from the lovely, child-friendly natural beach at the Ionian sea.

From the luscious green garden, via the large roofed terrace you directly enter the roomy living spaces with the well-equipped open kitchen.  The living room and kitchen with dining table and sofa are furnished in a cosy country house style. The atmosphere of the three bedrooms is just as friendly and summery.  The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink; a very practical second complete outside bathroom is accessed from the courtyard. Here you will also find the washing machine for use by guests.

The house is fully climatised. 

You can find a wood oven in the living room, for use in the cooler season, alongside the effective air condition climate control systems.  The roof terrace with sun loungers and airy seats offers a wide view over dunes and the sea.

The coast stretch of 'the dunes of Campomarino' was recently placed under environmental protection. In the middle of this nature protectorate lies 'Monaco Mirante'.  This small settlement of scattered houses in the dunes and gardens is exactly what people who seek peace and relaxation in an authentic environment wish for.

In just 20 minutes you can cycle through narrow roads that meander through wine fields and centuries old olive groves, to reach Maruggio, a typical apulian town with its extremely friendly and open inhabitants.

Here you can find all the amenities that one needs.  Also the seaside resort of Campomarino with its cafés and restaurants is to be reached easily with the bicycles, that we make available to all guests free of charge.  Monaco Mirante is a good base for half-day and all-day excursions to the many extraordinary sights of Apulia: picturesque old towns, grottos, cave dwellings, castles, cathedrals and several UNESCO world heritage sites.
